How fragile are the beads? TOP
Some
beads and designs have components that are more fragile than others.
Remember, it is glass, and it can break even though everything is
carefully designed, created, and properly annealed in a kiln.
What if one of my beads breaks? TOP
Please
email us and let us know! We want you to be 100% happy with your
Creative Pigpen beads and jewelry! In some cases, we can remake a
broken bead. If
it is impossible for us to repair/remake your bead or jewelry, we will
give you a complete refund of your purchase. Again, we want you to be
happy with your jewelry!
